Digital drawing course

fri- sat| 19. a 20. 1. | Archdiocesan museum Olomouc
Accredited course of digital artwork and postproduction

During a digital art workshop, participants learn how to use mobile devices with a touch screen and a drawing tool called a stylus (electronic pen with a tip). They will be acquainted with the various mobile softwares that can be used for drawing and will be led to the functional combination of both classical and "virtual" drawings to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of both modes of creation. During the program, participants will learn - at the basic level - to create digital artwork and to work with it across a wide range of possibilities: creating color variations, documenting digital photography or reproducing artwork, using post-production, reproduction, GIF and simple animation features, printing and completing with classical art techniques, etc. All the above-mentioned artistic procedures on the basis of digital artwork will be presented with a view of application to the teaching of art education. Participants will work on their own devices (laptop with touchscreen, tablet, smartphone) and receive tips for freely available drawing applications. The course price includes a quality stylus that the participant retains for further use, and study material with a technological process that facilitates instant application to the classroom.
